Half a pound of dried Sichuan peppers. These hot Chinese peppers are great for making hot chili oil, chili paste or adding while to a variety of Sichuan Chinese dishes. Not to be confused with Sichuan peppercorns - which are derived from an unrelated plant in the citrus family.
