carrotsThe Farm Share For Food Lovers

A season of the highest quality produce from our farm. We grow only the best tasting varieties of vegetables for your table. Choose Spring, Summer or Winter shares - or all three! Add on an Egg Share for our own free range eggs, or the Fruit Share to receive seasonal fruit from neighboring farms.

Join us for a culinary adventure!

You will receive a selection of seasonal produce that changes from week to week. Our website and blog serve as a users' guide complete with recipes for delicious seasonal meals.  You will never be left wondering what to do with everything in your share.

What's in a Share?

Our full share has the complete spread of veggies and plenty of them! A typical share includes about 10 different varieties of vegetables and herbs. Each week will include about 8-12 pounds of seasonal produce. The small share option is best for those who want fewer veggies, and will receive about half as much. It will typically include about 4-6 pounds each week.
Most vegetables you can think of will be part of the share one week or another!  The favorites (tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, corn, broccoli, etc.) will be distributed multiple times, up to about 8 times per season.  The lesser known veggies will be given out less frequently, some will only be included once.

Why The Kitchen Garden?

For the Love of Good Food

The Pioneer Valley is home to dozens of C.S.A. farms, many that are well established and a growing number of new ones. The Kitchen Garden provides a new and different experience in a C.S.A., a new way for consumers to feel a connection with the food they eat and the people who grow it.

A Community of Passionate Cooks

We farm because we love food and want to share this joy with others. With the Kitchen Garden C.S.A., we seek to create a community of passionate cooks, a community that believes in fresh, local food because it is simply more pleasurable to cook and eat!

The Kitchen Garden harnesses online media and social networking to further the goals of Community Supported Agriculture: a desire for community and a connection to the food we eat, and the people who grow it. Check out our Facebook page if you haven't.

A Wealth of Information

The farm’s website is a fabulous resource for cooks. A frequently updated blog keeps you up-to-date with what’s growing on the farm and what’s cooking in the kitchen. We write our own recipes and share many tips and techniques for making tasty dishes. The Facebook page is there for you to connect with us and one another, to keep in touch and share stories and recipes.
